Miljan, IanLeeds, what exactly is working for you? Do your mirrors fold only with lock button on remote or also with KESSY sensor on door handle? Aleš

+1 OK, my tyres are Continental WinterContact TS830, but everything else is the same. Anyway, I would like to know *why* winter tyres should have 0.2 bar higher pressure? Aleš

What to spec on the superb estate?
casar replied to SkodaCB's topic in Skoda Superb Mk II (2008-2015)
My door mirrors do dim. But I have different problem with them. They should close when one hold finger on closing KESSY sensor for two seconds, but mine don't. :-( They do close however when closing button on remote is pressed for two seconds or inside knob is turned into mirror closing position. Don't let the Park Assist to finish its job. Instead just before the curb (or similar obstacle) is hit, stop the car and put it in the 1. gear. Park Assist will turn your wheel in opposite direction, then drive a bit forward. It will then request reverse gear, when you change into reverse, wheel will turn again and car will be parked further away from the curb. Aleš -
I know this won't help you anything, but I am very happy to have separate halogen bulbs for flashing. Xenons just don't light on fast enough for flashing. And I do care about xenon bulbs life very much, even so, that after few days I've started switching lights from 0 to AUTO only when I need them (or I'm sure I will need them before first switching lights off) and I don't use Coming/Leaving Home functions any more. I would love to have the latter two but with other bulbs not with xenons. Unfortunately it seems that is not possible. On the other hand I do agree with you about LED DRLs. Aleš

It depends on the surface you are driving when braking. ABS in theory should minimize the distance on concrete, asphalt and similar surfaces. But definitely not on gravel road or something like that. Like snow covered road for example. ;-> Cars have ABS because with ABS you can *maneuver* the car when braking and in vast majority of cases this ability greatly prevail shorter braking distance. Pairing a Phone with the Superb Bluetooth
casar replied to Steve vRS's topic in Skoda Superb Mk II (2008-2015)
It is also possible to save your SIM card's PIN in the car, so you still have some security on the phone and don't need to enter the code in car each time they are pairing. That's what I have done. Aleš
