Ask them. If you don't ask you don't get, what's the worst they can say, no? If it's their error then it's their mistake to rectify. Best they start grovelling.

I've ordered from my dealer Decorative Rear bumper trim, Decorative side mirror covers, Rear Mud flaps, Front mud flaps, Sports exhaust, Decorative front bumper trim, stainless steel foot pedal covers & decorative Door sill covers. I asked the delaer for their best price for supply only and their best price for supply and fit, they won't even give me a supply and fit cost until they know the car is on the way as they stated they won't order them until they know the cars deliver date. I also asked if they were supplied with all fixings etc required, still awaiting an answer on that. NB - Will the exhaust fit the 1.4tsi?
