  1. the rise in it is normal as the noise is too,I bet your water pump is weeping....have you had cam belt done?if so did they do water pump?
  2. Put it on flea bay 2 days ago,within 15 min had 15 watchers and 2 offers??? got more than what I wanted so well happy...Bought a new polo GTI now get it on Thurs...
  3. The cars are All returned to standard condition before being sold....I currently drive a unmarked 2011 vrs and it has been remapped. Very quick.

I have a map on my car from Nick at R-tech it is really good with no issues...But I will say Clive I don't think it is right to be blowing his trumpet against Shark...Eack mapper does things there own way and a public forum is not the place to have a go.....Shark is and has spent a lot of time on this trying to fix,Sometimes I think people just like to say things for the sake of it.Clive your car has nothing to to with this so y post crap..????? I have to say you seem to always be involved for some reason...

  10. Right use the top bolt on the hinge and the middle 10mm bolt that hold quarter panel on...the fat part is on the bottom rod attaches to bonnet...you may have to grind a bit off ball socket end to stop it from arcing out when it opens full...Bowders1 has pics somewhere of his....

  12. Is more than likley the caliper is seizing...Mine did it when I changed pads,When you wind it back they seize up sometimes.Also be sure you wound it back all the way so it can reset....

  14. Go for a drive get it warmed up then park it put a piece of cardboard under it to see if there any leaks...Could be turbo going water could be leaking there or I am afraid head gasget could be leaking down the block,have a really good look at the block...
  15. Like I said earlier check the wires to lamda and 02 senser..when you where moving pipe around you could have pulled wires and then burned through them,hence the reason it took 10 miles to come on...Don't go guessing what is wrong get the codes read and go from there..
  16. no you really need to know what is up with it...check plugs on the coils and make sure there all pushed down,You might have damaged a o2 sensor when shaking the exhaust could really be owt. need to read it before you do owt...

  18. Mine is a hybrid and yes it does it no prob....mine hit 23 and tails around 5900 to 18 and stays to the red line of 7000 mine was uped a bit...
  19. mine runs 23psi 261bhp 305 torques real nice and my valve seals had to be done also..
  20. God there are pics of my car appearing everywhere on the net. Really enjoyed the day and thanks Diesal for sqeezing me on stand.It was a perfect mix of cars that is why we all won.I look forward to doing more...If I don't sell my car,coil went today.

You can get 270 with a K03s hybrid.£700 frontmount £500ish fuel reg.high flow fuel pump dump valve and uprated pipes for turbo And most of all oil pickup pipe a must do if you just got car.....then £500 for brakes and a good set of tyres,and coilovers £400 And last but not least a remap£300 to 350 for a custom one. And then £30000 a year for super unleaded..loooool
