  1. Don't worry about it Wayne, I bought that brand new one off Ebay just wanted to get it sorted quickly, thanks Rob.
  2. Good find dude thanks. Hopefully he'll post to Ireland. Thanks Rob.
  3. That's great Wayne thanks, I didn't even realise. Hope it didn't hit anyone or anything, ridiculous that it's not screwed on. Yeah still happy with the car, great mileage and happily zips along the motorway apart from wanting to get undressed. I'll send you some pics later, thanks Rob.
  4. Hey Wayne, I bought the silver one, it's a very nice example. I didn't realise though until I got home that the rear spoiler blew off on the motorway!!!!! I am going to have a look when I clean it tomorrow as it's a bit grimey where the spoiler was, if it cleans up I don't think I'll stick another on. I wonder how much the spoilers go for? Anyway, hopefully this is the only thing that goes wrong, seems like a well built little car. Thanks Rob.
  5. THREAD REVIVAL!!!!! ************************* I picked up my VRS today off a guy on here. Just realised now when I've arrived home that the spoiler is missing lol. If I can clean it up I won't think I will bother 'sticking' another one on. Otherwise delighted with the car, I'd be lying if I said this didn't **** me off though.
  6. Cool sounds like you've more problems then the car Joe lol. No seriously thanks though just wanted to get a better thanks again Rob.
  7. Thanks for the reply guys, When you say "pretty bad on longer journeys" d'you mind me asking what you mean? Also forgot to say not really concerned with rear legroom. Thanks Rob.
  8. Hi guys, I am currently looking for a new car and have been half considering a Fabia vRS as I have always liked them, just wondering does anyone find them a bit cramped or anything? I've driven normal Fabia's and from what I can remember they are a little cramped but it's been a good 3 years since I was last in one, I live in Ireland so I can't really test drive one as there are so few vRS' here. I am only about 6.1ish but I am long in the leg so know if the car feels cramped I'll get ****ed off with it fairly quickly. What are your opinions on this guys? I have also been looking at GT TDI 150's but the Fabia's seem much better value and I like the quirky looks. Also is there anything I should be looking out for? I'll probably be after an 04/05 model with sub 70k on it. Thanks in advance Rob.
