  1. A quick question................ My partner has only the use of her right arm and hand for driving her Roomster 1.2 auto dsg...................(2010 model). This means unless I am with her then she cannot apply the handbrake and even when I am with her or driving then even I have a hard time with the handbrake. I have seen a push pull handbrake adaption that is fitted to the right hand side of the steering wheel (not level with). Problem is that I cannot find anywhere to get it from/have fitted. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
  2. While looking out thru the windscreen today I noticed a fine black line that runs nearly all the way down the glass. It is in the glass and not on the outside or inside. Anyone??????
  3. Hi, I drive the new Roomster 1.2 TSI DSG(7 Speed auto). Have only had the car a few days and have not gone over 60mph more than once so far. After driving at around 45 -50mph and then stopping and turning the engine off there is a smell like oil inside the car. I have looked around under the bonnet but see nothing wrong. I noticed that someone else on here had mentioned it also. One other thing is that while on the move gear changes(auto of course)are really smooth and also accelleration(to me)seems better than the last automatic I drove. I do notice a lag in power when starting off from traffic lights or junction and roundabouts. It seems like there is some pedal travel without anything happening and then all of a sudden there is power. Anyone else know of this?
