  3. Can't recommend stay as far away from Rainworth as possible. Had two cars from them and both had major issues. One with oil leak and broken front axle stuck together, and one sold to me with a remap on I knew nothing about!! Dodgy dealer indeed.
  4. Done 3221 mi on my new engine, and been checking approx every 1000mi and all has been great until the last 1000, had to chuck in 700ml of oil in as it was not even showing on the stick :( always been checking under the same environment and at the same temperature so I'm pretty certain it's using oil still. Going to try get a full refund now and buy something else *sigh*
  5. Well tried pulling up the pedal and also gave it a good thrashing and I haven't heard of it happening again. Will certainly be looking at it properly at the weekend see what's what. Thanks for the replys all!
  6. Good idea, ill give it a go! cheers!
  7. Hey, My missus has jumped on the Fabia bandwagon and got a little 1.6CR 90ps number. However at idle we noticed the rev's don't always sit right. It seems sometimes it sits at 1k and the whole car vibrates as the engine seems a rough, then give it a bit of peddle and it goes back to where i believe it should sit. Anybody else have this issue at all before? Ta!
  8. Probably so. You not had it in at Skoda at all? They might have overwritten it with an ECU update.
  9. Yup it is a shame. Owell managed to snap it at both ends so might drill the thing out ahah
  10. I really cannot work out how to remove the bottom clips holding the lower grill in. Anybody use a specific tool?
  11. I think all cables will show registered there.I believe it doesn't effect the use when passed on as the licence is effectively within the cable.
  12. Nope not registered at all. I believe it only gets registered if you contact support which I haven't...
  13. Brought to change some settings on a couple of cars, and now that its done wishing to sell it on. Specs: http://www.gendan.co.uk/product_VCHU.html Price: £240 inc postage uk only
  14. Beep on lock/unlock, xds setting, anti-hijack lock spring to mind
