Hi Anyone I am retired. I am not tech minded and have had my superb 2 since new (09 plate) and love it. But I would like to upgrade the Columbus unit I can't access the version details, held the setup button for 2 minutes. Have spoken to the local dealer in the past with very little help. can I be pointed to someone/dealer that will be helpful Thanks Roger

Every time I link my Blackberry torch with the PC to synchronise with my diary and contacts my Skoda superb won’t link. My solution is to delete the Skoda rSAP profile in the phone, remove the battery to reboot the phone (if I don’t reboot the car find the old settings ) I then have to reinsert the code from the car into the phone, the car links and doesn’t reload the contacts list. A pain, but at least the system works. Roger

Hi I have uploaded rSAP to the phone it starts to connect, then disconnects, this cycle continues every few secounds Has anyone any ideas ( the time out setting is never)
