  1. My left Gearbox / Engine mount has gone directly underneath the airbox and battery , but I'm unsure out of these 2 which one is the right part ? I don't fancy a vibra technics from the mixed reviews . Your help and opninions would be great . Thanks ... http://www.gsfcarparts.com/101vg1170 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Febi-Rear-Left-Engine-Mount-Genuine-OE-Quality-Damper-Replacement-Part-/351270813560?hash=item51c95f3f78:g:HZIAAOSwll1Wx9FH
  2. Thank you :p Still no one on here I take it ?
  3. Its Lovely :peek: Surely they must be on here
  4. Ive attached pictures of a black vrs , Have they not showed up ?
  5. Have you got a standard intercooler or aftermarket ?
  6. What size is the forge coupler on the end going directly going into the turbo ? as i may just buy that as i have a 90 degree silicone pipe see . Thanks Justin ...
  7. Im currently running a Hybrid turbo , its a standard turbo with 170 internals , ive had it remaped with a upgraded side mount intercooler but the 90 degree pipe coming directly out of the turbo doesnt seem to be fitted very well , i havent long replaced it with a good second hand pipe as there was a split in my old one , my local garage says it doesnt seem to be secured that well :| Is that a case to get a new pipe from VAG or get an aftermarket hose something like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Forge-Motorsport-FMTHI130D-Skoda-Fabia-VRS-1-9TDI-Fluorosilicone-Turbo-Hose-/331366792245?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item4d26fffc35 But i only need the end alloy coupler going straight into the turbo as im having a custom pipe made from Longlife Exhausts from the bottom of my intercooler straight up to the pipe with a 90 degree coupler of the correct size . A couple of people have told me from the club to do away with the standard VAG 90 degree bend and just get a 90 degree silicone pipe off ebay or somewhere going straight over the turbo with 2 Mikalor clamps going over the hose to securely secure it down tightly and then have my custom pipework that im being have made connect straight up to it . Which option do you think is best and the safest as some people say putting a big hose going over the turbo can sometimes cause over spool depending on agressivness on what sort of map you have on your car . All your opinions and help would be great for this thread Many Thanks Justin ...
  8. Anyone please ? someone must know this pipe surely
  9. Dont know if you would know this but my turbo seals blew on christmas eve on my fabia vrs (asz) so i had to order a new turbo , had that fitted along with new oil change and filter , all intercooler , exhaust , pipework cleaned out but once completed the VW garage said everythings fine apart from shes blowing air in a hole from one of your turbo pipes so i asked which one and he said The pipe from the turbo to the intercooler ( Turbo Side ) but as thats underneath i cannot see which one :( But ive been told theres 3 sections to the bottom pipes , is that right ? i think i need a 90 degree bend or the one in the link below that the arrow is poiting at under the turbo but im unsure for 100% whch one it is . Do you have any idea what pipe hes on about or which one it could possible be ? :p Many Thanks Justin ... https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=skoda+fabia+vrs+2005+turbo+boost+pipe+diagram+2005&biw=1366&bih=663&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=YqzKVM-1McusU6vDgtAI&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ&dpr=1#tbm=isch&q=skoda+fabia+vrs+turbo+boost+pipes&imgdii=_&imgrc=uQVizicFUdSsGM%253A%3BMnKc3XO4xbgZrM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fimg203.imageshack.us%252Fimg203%252F8387%252Fzedzopd130.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.tigerstyle.co.uk%252FphpBB3%252Fviewtopic.php%253Ff%253D8%2526t%253D47765%3B583%3B640

  14. Bridgend or somewhere near there sounds good to me
  15. Fitted my Air Filter today and switched from my Pipercross Panel Filter which was very good for a panel , Such an easy modification and easy to fit ( Nice snug fit ) , definetly one of the easiest and cheapest moifications i have done to my fabia vrs , only costing me £12.30 from Euro Car Parts and thats obviously not costing the cold air feed pipe which i will probably order for £10 off ebay instead of my pd150 air intake that i have currently fitted . You have turbo flultter on low revs changing between 1st and 2nd gear which is nice as it echos really well esecially if you have de-cat exhaust , from 2000 RPM onwards the deep drone sound is out of this world and just sounds stunning , doesnt even sound like a diesel , you would think it would be a petrol car if outside listening to it , seems to be pulling slightly better from 2000 rpm revs on aswell . Im very happy with this Modification and would recommend this to anyone wanting to try it out . Thank you Kyle ...
  16. Does anyone have a video of the Honda s2000 air filter sound by any chance ? This looks a great easy , simple modification . Whats the difference with a filter like this then ^ and a ordinary cone filter ? Thanks Justin ...
