  1. Had a big load of stuff to take to the tip and used it as a good excuse to turn my Roomie into a van. Sadly though one of the seats at the back (the right one) would not tilt up from its locked down position. I could feel that one of the catches was free but the other was completely stuck and no amount of heaving was going to shift it. Anyone else had that problem and what did they do to fix it? It seemed very difficult to get under the seat to free it manually, but there might be a trick to it... Many thanks
  2. Thanks for the advice everyone - the one I linked to in the OP was a velcro one, so maybe not that one. Might just soldier on with a little baby blanket that I'm using at the moment
  3. Hi just got a Roomster and absolutely love it - far better than the heap of rubbish Fiat Croma that kept on braking down! However there does seem to be design flaw with the parcel shelf. There is ALWAYS a gap between the middle seat and the parcel shelf. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong but it does seem odd....I don't like the fact that you can see into the boot. How have other people got round this? Can the middle seat be moved or is it possible to buy a boot cover - I've seen one here but don't know whether it is any good or not http://www.theskodashop.co.uk/product/Roomster_06%3E_Boot_Cover_DMK770005# I've not yet seen any other Roomsters in car parks etc to see what they've done about the problem! many thanks Olly
