Update. Car left with local Pulmans on 5th April after they diagnosed a defective exhaust pressure sensor. Other than reliability issue's, not a problem. Problem is, new sensor cannot be sourced until early May??!!!!!!!!!!!! Which means the brand new car will be in the garage a month!! This seemed unbelievable to say the least. Phoned Skoda customer services who confirmed same. One very unhappy Skoda owner.

Bought a new Roomster 1.6SE diesel in January this year. Has 1800 miles on the clock and have had several problems. Firstly, on Thursday the front wipers wouldn't work properly although they are currently working correctly. On Friday the fan decided to stop working, although once more it is currently working ok! Today the glow plug warning lamp started flashing whilst driving though on stopping the car then re starting it has so far not come back on. Will be contacting the dealer on Monday though it's not a good start regarding reliability!!

Looks canny, got the 1.8Tsi in red with standard 16" wheels. Debating whether to get 17" or 18" alloys this spring and put some winter tyres on the 16"ers...decisions decisions!!

Personal choice but for me the SD card is the way forward!
