    It’s a 2009 Octavia 1.9 tdi.The engine code is BXE

    Any help appreciated! I had to fit a new battery after the previous one died, when i connected the terminals the alarm went off and wont disarm but the car will still start. I had to pull the fuse for the alarm system to stop annoying the neighbours. Everytime i fit the fuse back in the alarm sounds.

    Cheers for that.I've only had the car 4 weeks so i'm still figuring it all out.

    The arm of one of my headlight washer jets as frozen open.Not sure whats caused it but i'm having the same problem as stated with my windscreen jets not working.
