I am about to buy a used Skoda Approved car from a Skoda dealer. The original 3 year warranty expires in May 2018. I understand I should get a one year warranty from Skoda with the car. Is this an extension to the original warranty, or just one year from purchase? In other words does the warranty expire September 2018 or May 2019? Any help would be appreciated. Regards, UL

Went in around last July when my company told me I was about to get a new Skoda Octavia SE. She who chooses colours wanted to make a decision. We found a very helpful salesan, even though he knew it was going to be a lease car coming from a dealership at the other end of the country! He spent some time with us, and we came away very impressed. We have now had our Octavia about 8 months and will be taking it there for its first service shortly, and will see if the service side of the business is as good as our first impressions.
