please confirm bixenon price for octy h4. Can you also confirm whether the bulbs are made using H4 / H7 bulb bases or remanufactured D2S/D2R bulbs with plate conversions ? Thanks, Andy

So what coversions are you offering ? H4 duals or just H7s ??

I'm there for 2007, hopefully in a car that is a little bit better prepared than the Octy.... Andy

Awsome trip. amazing place. Can't wait to go back with a semi track prepared car. I don't think standard Octys are up to a 30 or so lap weekend..... Got two laps left on a ticket to use before the end of the year, it'd be rude to let them goto waste !! Andy -
Octavia tuning and reliability

If you are in Wales, I know that Forge may not be a million miles away. They can even slip a 'little' front mount intercooler in for you as well as a remap ! Phone them and ask for Peter Andy -
Will the MK1 vRS rise in value
andy_ccr replied to MisterGT's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk I (1996-2004)
I think depreciation will slow down, but as stated, there will be some bargain Mk1 vRSs around in the next year or so. -
Anyone seen the Daily Telegraph motoring supplement this Saturday ? A full 3/4 size page picture on the front of the new Octy Vrs along with nearly a full page of text on the next page. Overall comments were excellent, bad points - yet again idiots who are badge snobs !!! Also on the back cover some guy was looking to change his RX8 due to changing jobs and doing more miles and was looking for a four seater car with some driving excitement. There were 3 cars suggested with a four 'winner'. Bearing in mind he had

Perhaps we should arrange a group buy ? I'm sure they offer 10% for car clubs if I remember. Perhaps a separate thread should be started to gauge interest ??? Andy -
I found that my carbonio filter really made it easier overtaking before the car had the remap. Before I found that it struggled to really get over 100mph. With just the filter it made a big difference to response and top end. However the remap, filter and TIP made it even better !!!

Leon Cupra 280bhp vs Octy VRS 230 bhp? Why?

Twin intercoolers as well I believe My mates chipped 225 was awsomely quick, once the traction light stopped flashing !!! -
Didn't know the new Octy vRS was out yet?
andy_ccr replied to devonutopia's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk I (1996-2004)
The Colchester dealer has had one for nearly 2 weeks now. -
There is a new panel available for the Octy II, I have it listed as a different part number to the MK5 Golf panel though. As I haven't had the chance to have both the panels together I don't know the difference. As for CANBUS, it depends what you want to do with the audio system. If you are not fussed about having to turn the radio on an off yourself then all you'll need is a 'MOST' to 'ISO' connector. I am sure that if you have the radio out then you'll be able to pick up an ignition feed that comes from the climate control system or from the key barrel. You'll also need a FAKRA antenna adaptor. Other than that, easy as pie !!!! Andy

I have had to use US suppliers for a few bits. I have done a couple of Corvettes and the only way is to order the bits from audio dealers in the States. Normally if they use DHL etc then you are only looking 48hrs or less for delivery. Andy
