hi got superb 2.0 bss engine i have engine light on with the code p0473 to high im led to beleave the exhaust gas pressor sensor need changing were do i find this and any one got a photo of it fanks

ive just had a injector fitted by a freind and now it wont start ive got a superb 56 plate with that **** bss engine do the injectors have to be coded and if so how do u do it fanks

It's doing this all the time should I take it for a long run I don't have any light on the dash board to say its re gen

Hi right then here goes when I start engine it sits about 850 revs tick over when I drive of and stop then tick over it seem to stick at 1000 revs any ideas people !!

Hi I need to take the steering wheel off coz itts not in right position if I disconect the battery first will I have to reset the airbag alarm when I turn on ignition

hi when removing the master cylinder there is a pipe at the back 0f it does this get disconnected from the engine bay by the brake servo is it the one with the retaining clip on thanks

ive undone the single bolt were the bracket is and 2 bolts at the bottom is there anything else coz i can not get it to budge help please

Hi what have I not done I'm taking out the clutch master cylinder I've undone the 2bolts and the bolt at the top of the bracket so 3bolts intotal but it still won't budge what am I not done please help thanks

lmao i had the same changed the oil pump the pump was £130.00 i found the hexegon shaft rounded of and my turbo went as well got a recon for £295.00 got a independent garage to fit it it aint that hard if u got the right tools i spent the day and watch him

bewarned fella is it a bss engine coz ive got one of them and my oil pump went and had to have the engine rebuilt and a turbo as well i couldent aford to get rid of it apart from that its a good car but if u can aford it get that oil pump changed NOW mine went at 160.000 miles and yes you do need the dpf fluid topped up every 80.000 miles

Anyone out there work for Skoda I need some tech info I have a superb elegance 2.0 BSs engine it has had a new clutch but not Skoda original and its rubbed and put hole in bell housing can anyone tell me what the depth of the pressure plate and clutch is when bolted together we have 33 mm just wondering if this clutch what is supplyed is wrong HELP

right had new clutch fitted ive check and it is the correct one but as you can see its puta hole in housing is there a wrong way to fit the fly wheel there is a gap about 5mm behind it when fitted

fanks mate i was told by skoda that i could not fit a 1.9

having had engine failure ive just had crank ground the balance shaft was just unbolted is there a certain position it has to go back and how do i no its in the right position i have a 56plate supurb 140bhp bss engine and yes i no i should have scrapped it

yer thats right dud it takes about 3 to 4 ltr at about £35.00 a ltr you have to top it up every 80.000 miles mate
