While pushing a kids pushchair on tarmac holding a large open umbrella upright with the handle of the umbrella supported/resting on the soft foam of the handle I get perfect low pressure boom replication from the umbrella over my head. 😂

Thank you, that's that answered then. I seen threads like MIB1 MIB2 etc. so I thought it was updates to the whole thing like Win 7 to Win 10. Not the case then. D'oh!

I am confused! There are several threads here but I have a question. I have an April 17 non-facelift Greenline SE Technology. I am currently downloading the 12GB maps update but is there a firmware update that changes the menus / interface in any way? It is a horrible GUI to navigate through looking for sound settings and music tracks on SD/USB.

I have a Greenline that is factory lowered to the same amount as the VRS (according to the brochure). Does anyone know if the springs / shocks would be from the VRS? Its a very firm ride especially when going over speed ramps.

Hey Mick, There must be different specs with the UK vs Irish models. I live on the border and notice loads of Octavias with the chrome with Irish plates but very very few N.I. models with chrome. I have a SE Technology Greenline Estate that has the full chrome top and bottom but I have never seen a saloon with chrome on the top of the windows. I have a 17 Greenline that has no mudflaps probably because they create a bit of drag. Will the rear bumper be the the same as a non Greenline model so I can retrofit OEM mudflaps?

I have just replaced my 2011 1.6 TDi SE Estate with this new 1.6 TDi SE Technology Greenline. I'm well pleased with it and the spec, from these pictures you can see the SE Technology adds the chrome pack and the Greenline lowers the suspension and adds a smart looking glossy black roof spoiler.

Headlamp washers would normally indicate xenons on most cars, It is on Octavia anyway, not sure about the rest of the range. (I'm a Skoda newbie)
