Well just a wee update, done the conversion over 3 weeks ago, transplanted the engine and so on, had a few niggles which have now been resolved, just getting a flashing glowplug light and immo light, but the car is running and boosting the way it should, ended up having to buy a pd 130 smic and pipework but mananged to get that from an other site for £40, so all in all not that bad for the way i want the car
 
Anyways engine out of the bora, butby this point i alread had it in the skoda, just took the pic to stick it on fb for braking

 
Engine in with map wire extended (Lecy Tape)

 
Kept the bora clocks aswell as i liked the dials and the half fis display, excuse the seat airbag, got it for free to go with the vrs steering wheel

 
And now, me and the dog both happy chaps, and the old engine sitting there

 
 
Wasn't actuly all that hard to do to be honest, just had to transfer the lift pump from the bora and relay to power it
