Hey all I have not been on the site much of late and apparently I am a newbie again despite being around for at least 10 years lol. I don't know if anyone still knows me here still. I am rare in using my own name here which is rather unusual (I set up the account years ago before I was net savvy and knew about avatars). Anyway looks like all my old posts are gone so am going to be starting again

Hi I would be grateful of a diagnosis of the above. It started with the door being hit and miss locking and unlocking with the lock in on the door being sticky in popping up (i.e very slow). Now the door won't unlock or the lock pin pop up at all. I can hear some whining and moaning in the door as I click the open on the central locking so something is trying to do something in there but as I say the door won't unlock now. I can't unlock the door by pulling on the door handle inside either which I used to be able to do when this issue first started. Cheers in advance.

Will be there sorry to be late. I have had password issues ( could not log on or change pass) with the old account so had to re- register and have lost my Freedom as a result as nobody could be arsed to respond to my emails :( Oh well...
