This thread brought back good memories -sniff sniff- He's my Phab its is hayday! Unfortuantly its half way back to standard now to get sold on. Looking at the pics makes me want to keep it!

I've noticed recently that the mk1 vRS seems to have hit a sudden spell of depreciation! Has anyone else noticed this? I've had my mk1 for sale for £5800, then down to £5500 now £5200 and still haven't had any calls! Anyone else cringing at the thought of loosing so much money? :(

Static! FK coils, theres still another inch in it but then my chassis would be on the ground. It's really not smart being this low with the roads in Ireland but it looks bitchin haha

Hey guys, I bought an 06 Fabia VRS about a month ago with 56k miles on it and a full service history (so I was told... turned out to be a lie! Is there any sort of action I can take against the dealership that sold me the car since they said it had a full history?) So I was driving the other day and the abs light and the hand brake light both flashed on and there was 3 beeps then on another occasion the PAS light came on and the steering became very heavy (went away when I turned the car off and turned it on). When I bought the car the dealer said that he had just sent the car away to get the steering fixed and that it was very expensive, thankfully though I still have 2 months warranty left! I'm just wondering have I bought a dog... is there a solution to fix these problems premaritally before my warranty expires? Also has anyone ever experienced laquer peeling off the paint on the doors on a car this young? Also I've noticed a small bubble of rust on the boot. I've never had rust on a car this young.. seems kinda odd. I'm a bit wary of the car :/ I absolutely love the wee car but there seems to be a good few issues I wasn't expecting. This is a bit long winded I know but any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Matt.
