  1. I always used this garage for MOT and full service. This was the first time since buying the Enyaq that I put it through its mot and asked them if they held the necessary qualifications to work on an EV for servicing. The car was given a full workout in regards to brakes, filters and all tyres replaced for Michelin Cross Climate.
  2. Thanks, I did wonder if the problem was at their end and they have just given me an excuse. Will need to find local garage with the correct software for servicing.
  3. Looking for some assistance or advice. Local indie garage in West Lothian completed an MOT and service on my Enyaq iv60. Unfortunately they have tried to reset the service reminder and have stated that it is locked by the dealer!! Their advice is to take it to the local dealer at Sighthill Edinburgh and ask them to unlock it to allow local garages to reset after a service. Any advice or assistance would be most welcome. I purchased the car from Bristol Skoda and don’t fancy the long journey, especially staying in West Lothian.
