  1. Cheers Mohammad for advice. As im still driving with this problem now i cant get motor for my car, Skoda dealer adviced me that its 300 quid for new one. Its crazy!!! So maybe anyone can advice me were to get second hand one? I need one for 4 el. window model. Thanks
  2. Hi, everybody I have a "small" problem. I have octavia 03 with broken driver power window. The initial problem was that one of pins on the control unit connected to the motor in the door was rusted and it made my windows and complete central locking not working. So i got that part from scrapyard and changed no problem, everything started working apart from drivers window. So now i have feeling that motor is gone. I have motor from the same car witch had that control unit taken off. So my problem is removing motor itself as its covered within the door and not accessible. In the manual it says that to remove motor, you have to remove glass, and to remove glass you have to move it down by a third of open window, to access safety bolts release the glass. So can anyone tell me how to move window down if motor is not turning. Tried to push it by hard but nothing happens and do not want to do too hard not to break glass holder :( Sorry for spelling mistakes. And thanks for advice in advance.
