  2. Im guessing it may be typo but you say now scuffed wheels!?!? Do you have any more pictures? Many thanks. Ray
  3. Haha, amazing. Saw you in Camberley yesterday, heading towards the VW/Skoda garage off the meadows roundabout! Looks awesome mate, very nice indeed.
  4. Best of luck to the new owner. bet you were sad to see it go? :'(
  5. Damn if this goes they are gonna get a fantastic car! Wish you were a little closer so i could come see, it may just be what I need to sway me to change from the Scoob!?!?
  6. Wow, gorgeous example. . . . very tidy. Will the £3,700 include the Spiders? I take it you are in no rush to get rid as I would need to come to terms with trying to shift my car too.
  7. The wife just forwarded me this (she is obviously very busy!!) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2017501/Skoda-drivers-laugh--satisfying-car-own.html Enjoy.
  8. Bugger, dont have internat at home at the moment due to DIY'ing so couldnt get on over the weekend. Please could you include me in the PM list for the future run. Guys and girls, please post up plenty of pics of you shiny new badges for us to see. Many thanks.
  9. 4 brand new coil packs fitted today! Tip top. And now my Dad has booked his in to!!
  10. It worked, gave her the number/code and then the chassis number and hey presto th ecar was there along with the details of the recall. Car i sbooked in tomorrow to have packs changed! Thanks Briskoda!!
  11. Cheers Blue, I will give her a bell back and get it booked in.
  12. Ok, phoned my local Skoda dealer yesterday and told them that I think my car is eligible for a recall on the coil packs, the lady that I spoke to was very helpfull but didnt know anything about a recall so started by taking my registration details, she couldnt find the car on the system but I thought maybe it was because we had just changed the registration plate over to my wifes private plate and the paerwork only came the end of last week. So I went home last night and wrote down the chassis number and phoned her back today only to find that that didnt bring anything up on her system either!! She said that their was nothing to worry about as it may just be that because the car is that little bit older it has been taken off the system but she also said that to her says there is no recall on this model otherwise it would have shown up on her system. 2 questions: Firstly: Should I be worried that the car doesnt show up on Skodas database? Secondly: Is the car eligible for the coils to be checked, its a 54 plate? Thanks in advance Ray
  13. Pasty, if you have some people drop out or if there is still time to get in on this GB then please let me know as I would be interested. Many thanks. Ray
