Sales side of it they were lovely to me... it's when the issues with the car started happening communication stopped, they became very unhelpful and rude and despite mountains of evidence to show the car was defective they pleaded ignorance and said 'No the car is fine'. 6 months of hell later they finally accepted it back after I went down the legal/fos route. Skoda finance weren't much better either, they closed my case after 1 phone call to the dealer principle, they soon re-opened it after a phone call from me

If i recall he was the sales manager at white dove but left (lovely guy though!) and no surprise he left White Dove... even to this day I hate them.

Dont take it to White Dove in Cardiff or it'll come out with even more problems!!
-
I rejected mine but took approx 5 months... they gave me the option of another but I opted for a refund (which made things 10x harder). Keep battling and you'll get the outcome you want

Don't blame you, Build quality on these fabia's now seem really shoddy! Churning them out the factory. Please don't use the whole 'I only paid 13k for my car so its fine if it rattles'. Anyone that thinks that is a bit silly... You bought a new car, it should be fine!

2 Punctures in 4 months on a Monte Carlo, both on rear nearside.

I didn't when I got my car from new Just has a sticker in the top right corner of the window and you give them your registration number They were very very quick when I called them out (Day 1 of ownership...)

I had rear parking sensors with the sat nav and it didn't have a rear view camera. Be mindful that most of the stuff you have in the car won't be covered by your insurance. Aftermarket stereos etc have very little cover on most Insurance policies, things like ipads won't be covered unless stolen from say a locked boot but even then your only covered up to your personal effects limit which is as little as £1-200.

25% off new Fabia 1.4 16v SE

Suppose you have to weigh up do you want to pay £1000 for the newer engine or save the money! Would be interesting to see how the turbos/superchargers found in the Fabia and Fabia VRS fair once the warranty ends. -

I love their claim of "Extra Urban 60.1 " Proof that the figures really are obtained in a 'test environment' -
If you didn't already know ....

Ouch lol. Expensive lesson! -
If i had a driveway I'd be the same, 99% of the time I can't park my car outside the house it's either down the road or around the corner. When I finally do get it outside the house the weather is naff! :( Poor car

Oh my word the DVLA will be thinking your a car dealer/trader or something lol

Fiat have always had fairly decent mechanical/engine reliability... It's their shoddy build quality that normally gives up first! My friend has a 1994 Fiat Punto that's done like 100k+ miles and it's still going strong. Obviously little things go wrong but they are cheap fixes and even to this day it's still going fine. My dad had a 2002 Fiat Punto before and in the 4 years he owned it not a single thing went wrong on it. Fiat dealerships aren't the best mind... Although saying that, not many car brands have decent dealerships now unless you wander into Toyota/Lexus.
