  1. Thanks for your help, rear brakes fully assembled. It just took a little more heat than I was comfortable with to release the master cylinder cap next to a wiring loom.
  2. Thank you J.R. for your comments Thank you MicMac for at least replying. Just to explain I have been stripping, rebuilding engines,rewiring and fixing Cars and motorcycles for over 50 years .There are sometimes those little tips on other forums which suggest a tip to help like left hand thread or release pressure by... I prefer thinking about issues rather than the getting a bigger hammer approach. If your approach is not helpful please do not reply to my posts
  3. This sounds simple but whist replacing the rear brake calipers as one has seized, I cannot check the brake fluid level. I have spent the morning trying to release the cap. Any hints? On the twist either way to release theory I've only managed to turn a little clockwise. Is it normal clockwise do up, anticlockwise undo and how do you get a good grip under the bulkhead what tool do you use?
