Hello Trust Group, I actually did not think that you sponsored the site due to me saying you should be on there but it is a massive coincidence! Once this is all sorted, I will be quite happy, I love the car and if I would of bought a Polo GTI(from next door but still Trust) I imagine everything would have been perfect. I genuinley think the problem was that the garage was new and I think all staff was new to Skoda.I also was the second sale you had, its all a learning curve. I have an appointment with Paul on Saturday to discuss a few things. Also Gary Morris was a very helpful chap before he left, I may try and track him down as we are after two VW Transporters. It is also worth me mentioning since I bought this car, I have bought two VW Passats(estates-second hand) and my mate has bought a brand new octavia VRS from Kidderminster but you will be bu**ared if I am going to you guys without my car being sorted! Hello all, If you don't mind me asking, if you have VWFS for your Skoda as your not lucky enough to buy it outright what apr was you given. My garage said you cannot have lower than 7.9% if you order a stock VRS, correct?

Defintley care, but if I went to look at a car and based on first opinion if I asked "what petrol do you use?" and you replied "95". I would presume that the car hadn't been "ran in" well. They may look after there car as much as physically possible but....

If I went to buy any performance car second hand, be it a VRS or a Porsche, if the owner told me he always used 95RON I would not touch it!

Hi, The TrustSkoda manager has been in touch and fully agrees that yes it mat have caused damage, he said Energy in-Energy out. He asked hat will make you happy and trust us again, I told him to sort car with me watching the tech. He also admitted that the PDI may not have taken place and they could of easily just put it on their system.... P.S No car will have suspension blocks in them and yes the ride was ****e! keep you posted, Jordo

If SkodaUK will match this so I can take my car to another garage yes I would take it, My PDI was done by there chief mechanic apparently(never seen it),my finance paperwork is incorrect it has the wrong address and there shoddy service, I do not want them touching my car. Pay for 2 services at another dealers and yes thats fine. Jordo
