  1. I did that on my Fely 15 years ago I would like to get a original one if I can on the Octy. It's just a plug and play job if you find the right one. Any ideas on the part numbers maybe?
  2. Is there a way to tell the difference between a wireless locking CCM and one that has no wireless locking capabilities? Mine has no wireless and I would like to buy one with. There are a lot of them on the ebay but can't tell what's what. Thanks for the info
  3. Thanks for the info. I'll try and wi'll see. Hope it has because all the key locks are gone. She is in a terrible shape but a low milage animal. I would like to make her as best as I can.
  4. Hi! I came across an octavia mk1 SLX trim with only one key. The key has no remote locking capability. The previous owner doesn't know if there ever was a remote locking key. So my question is can you somehow tell if the car has remote locking capability or not? Is there a chance to reinstal a remote locking fob/key with the stock remote locking (if there is one)? What can I do if I want 2 keys? There is no immo chip no. 2 as you can immagine. Thanks for your help
  5. Not an easy job. Read a book first than come back for info. https://www.amazon.com/Maximum-Boost-Turbocharger-Engineering-Performance/dp/0837601606
  6. F* ****! Sorry didn't see it before was a little busy. There are some crazy people on the road for sure, but hitting someone in that way it's absolutely crazy! You end offroad 100%! The guy has to have some killer instinct to do that! Im sorry for you and the car. Hope you were/are ok. Probably a dash cam would't catch him...maybe a little bit but not enought for the police. I don't know in UK but here is against the law to record somebody even if it's damaging your property. Crazy but that's how it is. Maybe a youtube video would do better than police. At least that's what i can say about their comment - not really reasuring.. You could have hurt yourself really bad if some more speed was involved... Hope it gets solved in a good way.
  7. I don't want to write much about the posibility of running 1.6 AFH on AGU ecu with a turbo here. If I decide to do anything that way I will open a project here to not contaminate this thread. If you sort the missing sensors on the AFH out and start with very low boost just to see it working, than you can strenghten the internals. Not an easy/cheap project if you want to do it right. But who want's an easy job anyway. Somebody who want's an 1.8t in a felicia not for sure.
  8. The first time I was trying to get the felicia spedo out I broke the clips holding it in place. I now what a pain it can be removing it. When you make a system to make your life easier it usually starts working by itself. Regarding the AGU inlet I know it has large ports. I know there were large/small ports 1.8t heads dont't know engine codes which is which. Just read somewhere audi TT's and I saw an ibiza cupra once with the throttle body on the other side. Don't know if it was original or tuned. What you two are doing it's absolutely crazy! (in a good way) Can't belive the felicia chasis can withstand the power/torque nu99et18 has put in to it. You wrote that yours (Tom's before) felicia was starting to fall apart. If I remember right he made some modifications/reinforcements on the front axle. Is Caddy made stronger beeing a diesel before his heart transplant?
  9. If I remember right 1.8t Ibizas have the TB on the right handside? (and the TT also) You could use that inlet mani and make the turbo tubbing way shorter with less turns. Would add a few HP maybe. I likevery much the OEM looking caddy. You could put an ampty toolbox behind to look like you are going from/to work.
  10. Thanks for the link. I made a few phonecalls and there is no way you can make it legal in a felicia. I'm very dissapointed about that. Some people have exported a modified car to germany. Made the car legal there an export it back here. Don't ask me why It's possible that way. To make it short It's 'I bought it that way.' Yea right. Anyway you can't build it here and meke it legal. Already running a 1.6 AFH. Maybe I'll try to run an AFH on an AGU ecu with a K03. I know It's insanity and ALOT of troubles but it would be interesting. That way everything remains the same exept the engine. Better choice is change the car, I know, but you loose all the fun that way. That's why you built the caddy. You probably can understand this kind of insane projects.
  11. I'm tempted to take out the afh and do a 1.8t. It would be illegal here. I could hide it with a nice 1.6 engine cover but I don't know what to do with the turbo. They didn't notice the afh but the 1.8t it's a whole different beast. I could do all the mecchanics but I'm scared off by the electric stuf. I know a thing or two about electrics but not at home with ecu/clocs connections. I would like to keep standard felicia clocks if it's possible. I don't know where the clocks get the signals for low oil, rpm and temp. Is that directly from engine sensors or from engine ecu? Than there is the obd for diagnostics and the different AGU ecu. Does that all work on your car (was working on the felicia)? Just be carefull that someone angry doesn't push you offroad instead of loosig a drag race with a caddy truck. I had some fun with the afh but it's not as nearly as brutal as what you have built.
  12. Did the felicia 1.8t loom fit or you had to modify that too? Getting the rpm signal to the original clocks from the 1.8t ecu? This was a problem in the felicia conversion too if I remember right. Great lookin sleeper you've made! Must be superfun to take on some BMWs. I would pay for a photo of their faces when you smoke them. Priceless.
  13. Print it on paper and check the bolt holes on the block. It was made for the AFH block but should be the same on the AVY. Engine Mount AFH & Exhaust Flange.dxf
  14. ...and you can't fit the AVY engine as it is unless you have some Nikola Tesla geens
