I superglued it back on the once, it lasted a while but now it's come loose again... hence wondering if there was a handy replacement. I guess I'll just glue... more!

Hi all, The badge/faceplate with the gear numbers of my gearstick has come off. Some of the plastic tabs seem to have snapped. Does anyone know where I might get a replacement? I haven't had much success searching but I'm not sure the proper name for the part. All I can find are entire gearstick replacements, which seems like the nuclear option. Thanks in advance for any help!
