Afternoon Peeps, was on the way home from shopping and my EML came on, took it to the garage and like everybody else i know the EGR was show insufficient flow. so got it booked in and they told me it was going to bee about £275 for a replacement, so I told them to clean it instead. so are EGR's really that expensive?? how much should i be paying? 7. I had grinding brakes when I first go my car Cant possibly think why
  8. It could be the speaker cable. if the positive and negative are touching the stereo will shut it self down to prevent a short. try separating the positive and negative cables. or cut that side off the ISO connector on the back of the head unit.

  14. Ok last night I was dropping some friends home after a party. Dropped the first one off no problem, went to pull away from dropping the second off and there's a loud grinding noise coming from the front. So I get out there's nothing hanging off, the clutch feels fine and so the gear box. So go to pull away again and the noise is still there. So put it in reverse and it goes away. So drive to my house and go to reverse in the drive and the grinding noise is back. Put it into first and go forwards it stops. Any ideas what it could be?? Cheers Mike
  15. I have a power flow back box and it does the job and was only £130 installed
  16. To give it a guess it would be blocked skuttle drains under the windscreen. There's a small air intake for the heater there and they overflow into the passenger footwell when the drains are blocked Hope this helps
  17. What about the new Citigo badges in carbon they would look cool
  18. yup, heres the reading, As for the cost don't have a clue this was done in 2005 by a previous owner, but looking at parts and that online your looking at the £1500ish but other little thing help as well. i have a powerflow exhaust system, and a K&N induction kit which helps getting off the line.
