iI had same problem with a Roomster, A wheel alignment test was done which discovered that the problem was caster settings were out of tolerance. My garage made complicated adjustments to front suspension. Also wheel alignment should cost less than £30 or so! -

Tell me more of this compensation scheme - can I claim - ordered my Roomster in June 2010 and took delivery mid December 2010 not heard of this before -

Hi Mark The dealer made adjustments which resulted in an improvement. There is still a minor drift to the left but this at the moment is acceptable. This is what was done - front suspention bed bolts replaced and before torqeing them back up the bed was moved as far forward as the bushes and bolts would allow - this changed the angle of the front hub and shocks to bring it back to speck. These are the dealers words not mine! A lot of trouble presumably caused by a fault in manufacture!

Have same problem - car pulls to the left paticularly felt at speed. After complaining 3 times (car under guarantee) a 4 wheel alignment was carried out - Toe/in and Camber settings normal but CASTER ANGLE figures were the problem. However, Caster cannot be adjusted on this car. Car back to dealer next week!

I ordered a spare wheel and you do not get the kit as well. However, the price for a full size spare is very reasonable compared to some manufacturers!

Has anybody had problem with steering - car drifts slightly to the left even when there is no apparent camber on the road Most noticeable on motorway. Dealer keeps insisting it is caused by road camber - dont think so This is a new car! Have tried changing wheels front to back - no luck. AFTER 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT CHECK DISCOVERED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS INCORRECT CASTER ANGLES TO FRONT WHEELS - CASTER NOT ADJUSTABLE APPARENTLY ACR BACK TO DEALER NEXT TUESDAY TO CARRY OUT ADJUSTMENTS ELSEWHERE ????

I have same problem with blinds - my car is still under guarantee and should be repaired tomorrow. I think the problem is the small plastic clips at each side which the blinds lock into. will let you know how I get on!
