  1. And that would explain why it's red! Cheers! I haven't folded the back seats down since I've had it so will fold them and then lock them back into place, good to know it's nothing serious. Nice of skoda to let their customers know of a new light......
  2. Just noticed a red light flicker on every now and again on the dash. It's in between the fuel and temp gauges, it looks like a 3 door car front seat folded forward with an arrow showing movement. Never seen this before in my life! And it's not even in the manual!? And none of the seats do this on any fabia's as they are all 5 door? Well and truly stumped! Can anyone help? Cheers Jason
  3. Soz back to this again! If you look in the owners manual page 13 or 14 it shows a cluster with the display, It looks like a Vrs one as it has the v at the end of the dials. Anyway the fuel guage is the same way round as the normal vrs cluster so not sure why people were getting issues with that? Maybe they had normal fabia clusters and not vrs ones?
  4. Haha well what's the use of having a instrument cluster laying around? Even if it is rare?! Lol il send a pm and see if he is willing to let go of it! Yeah thought they would be that much, I prob could get a bit of discount through work but nothing major. Hmmmmm.... Now onto 'is it worth it'
  5. I think they are from a TT! So they are prob pricey. I have glued a few TT ones back on, all the rubber bits that stick through the ally plate and hold it in place were broken off...
  6. Cheers for your help buddy! Gonna start the hunt looking for a cluster then get crackin! Il let you know how it's going when it gets goin
  7. Yeah I thought that after I posted, I'm sure it can't be that hard, you would have to wire it up to the drivers door and the lights then a buzzer, maybe the lights on can be a live and the door open can be a switched earth.
  8. Ah ok useful reading! Do you know of anyone from the group buy who still owns a cluster? Pretty sure it should work as skoda would not have changed looms and stuff just for that dash, would be interesting to get hold of one and have a play!!
  9. If it's juddering but the engine is running ok... It could be the dual mass flywheel, common on Audi 1.9 and 2.0 tdi's and they are prob the same on fabia's..... just something to think about if your cambelt and fueling checks out ok!
  10. Not sure about the lights left on warning but the indicator click is made by the hazard light switch, does it click on and off when your hazards are operated?
  11. As the title says I'm new on here! Just replaced my fiesta st with a fabia Vrs and I love it! Im an Audi trained tech so it was an easy choice to come over to the vag group! On here to get help and help others! (well try!) Cheers
  12. Have you tried Gsf car parts? They do oem spec brembo discs and decent pads, not too pricy either.....
  13. Rare then I'm guessing? as only seen 1 with original nav... Should be easy to fit and code then which is good..
  14. Just wondering which spec fabias came with the full drivers info display in the middle part of the instrument cluster as per fabia handbook. Think it may have been only auto's and maybe just limited to the cezch rep? Just thinking of getting hold of a set an fitting to a Vrs.... Or if anyone has already done it (or tried!) it would be good to know.. Cheers!
