Hi, i know everyone will ask about codes etc, but just wondering... Driving home today and the engine management system warning light started to flash, car did not feel any different, drove the same as always. It is a 2001 sdi with 116000 on the clock, it is driven four times a day for twenty miles each way, so isnt just doing short journeys, as money is rather tight at the mo, can the car be driven like this for a while??? Could i do a 'disconnect battery reset' and see what happens?? With the car not driving any differently would it do any harm?? Thanks for any help. Steve.

Hi, my 2001 Fabia SDI seems to be using a lot of fuel, roughly a quarter of a tank to do 100 miles, this seems rather poor for a non turbo diesel, any ideas peeps??? Thanks.

Newbie just saying hi. Bought my ten year old Fabia SDI yesterday, happy with it but, i know it is only 64bhp but it does seem really sluggish, i know that i just changed from a TDI Mondeo so i'm used to more power, i seem to be in third and fourth gear all the time, anything i can look for?
