  1. That is correct.. aka FTTC (Fibre To The Cabinet)... Cost to lay fibre to replace the copper is too expensive and invasive for some on their land... although I'm not sure on the official reason for not full fibre :P
  2. I do welcome you to this part of the woods! Others have said some of the below but it gives something to do that I know of/have done! Dover Castle (EngHer) Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway (miniature railway) - Dog friendly NOTE: This currently only has a weekend service as it is out of season. Check http://rhdr.org.uk/media/rhdr-timetable-2017.pdf for timetabling.. it is quite a confusing timetable just ask for clarification! Dymchurch - Beach + Arcades Dungeness - stoney 'desert'/sandy beach + RNLI + RHDR + Pilot Inn and Britannia pubs + Power Station Camber - Sandy beach Kent & East Sussex Railway (tenterden) - not sure on dogs ^ This journey at Bodium Castle (NatTru) There probably are more but these are all I can come up with at the moment/that I have visited and do frequent
  3. Yeses the 9-3 is another good choice having the same base and engines - would be some unique as there are fewer and fewer of them now :(
  4. If you want to head over the Vauxhall side.. Vectra is a reasonable size and reliable car for the age! From ownership and reading the groups the most reliable engines: Petrol: 1.8VVT (2006+) or 2.0 (2006+) Diesel: 1.9 150 (2006+) or 2.0 DTI (2006+) :P
  5. My suggestion would be to find someone on eBay that does custom graphics/vinyl if you send them the design :)
  6. Not sure. Could try somewhere on the internet? or go to a local scrappy and see if there is a good condition one? Part number is 6U0845121
  7. Unfortunately the only option to repair leak is to take the screen off. My Dad and I got a new windscreen (£99 at the time) and seal (£?IRC) from a Skoda dealership (Caffyns) and replaced them both on the driveway and fixed the hole in a couple hours
  8. All I did was clean up the rust bits with a wire wool/sand paper, use a bit of Kurust (rust inhibitor) to stop the spread, body filler to smooth it out and covered it in under-seal spray. I didn't bother body colouring it as it wasn't visible once the seal was replaced.
  9. Take your pick; Credit where credits' due please http://s708.photobucket.com/user/LeeArnold09/library/Skoda If you have any questions about any pics just ask.
  10. If it helps my windscreen frame looked like this under the seal. The water was leaking just above the drain hole in between the rusted panel joins
  11. I had this nutter on Sunday.. was moving before hand and just suddenly stops in lane 1 with a lorry behind me narrowly avoiding it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxOkoGBy47A
  12. I see your Stebel Nautilus Compact, I raise you some train horns
  13. Just to break up the current discussion.. a few clips from my journeys.. nothing exciting, just no bloody lane discipline! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZMko0uTCL0 And an overturned lorry causing having for everyone diverted down A20 because of Operation Stack
  14. Not much has happened since getting the camera only these 2 most noticable... Obvious red light jumper: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oYUK3-6E0Y And someone did a booboo and ended up paying the price
