Thanks for every body who answered me I already have a 1.6L Octavia MK1 for 3 years and I love it, beside that the VRS is not sold here in Egypt, so the idea that I may get a 1.8T engine fixed inside is the best. For this suggestion shall I change the gear box, ECU, wires and every thing or just the motor?

Hi guys, I need to increase the performance in my octavia 1.6L MK1 so what modifications shall I do? I'm already installing a K&N cone filter but it's not making a noticed effect, just an exciting sound. Can I install a turbo kit on that engine? What will be it's type and specs? What are the other modifications I should go through to act good with turbo? Kindly advice
