My Yeti had to go in for a re-gas a month or so ago, much to my disgust as I use climate all the year round and the Yeti is only 2 years old.....never had this on any other of my cars... Anyhow since the re-gas the ac fan makes an intermittant grinding noise when the engine revs rise whilst moving. Its been back once already and the dealer said it was fixed, but it's still doing it. Anyone else have any ideas or thoughts so I can assist the dealer?

I have a full set of four Goodyears with 12k of wear on them not needed are they worth anything?

Had Event tyres fit four Goodyear vector all season on V rating for £590 all in and they came to me! Very impresssed and they knew where to jack the car up! Not sure how far Event Tyres travel but highly recommend them!

First of all forgive me posting this separately as I am aware there are postings on winter tyres already. I want to order some Goodyear vector all seasons as per the title but would like to know what weight and speed rating people have chosen specifically as I know you cannot get W rating ones in this brand. I am thinking of :- 225/50R17 94V 225/50R17 98H 225/50R17 98V GOODYEAR EAGLE VECTOR 4 SEASON XL Events Tyres (http://www.event-tyres.co.uk) seem to resonable for an all in fitted price, but anyone else suggest any better?

Installed the Columbus a couple of days ago and all works well and did not see Navigation in the Maxidot which I had expected as knew I would have to get it coded. This evening when I switched on, Navigation flashed up in the Maxidot then disapeared. Any ideas?

Fitted a Columbus yesterday and managed to fix the gps ariel up behind the the unit attached to a piece of metal strucuture which forms part of he dash. My question is it is just stuck there like a magnet which seems pretty firm and I have no problem getting a signal so will this be OK long term? Also anyone near Godstone in Surrey who could do the coding for the Maxidot?

The reviews say it all, and the price more!! Why would you buy the underdog?

Was not a moan in the slightest just curiosity as I have never noticed it on other cars, but that is also probably due to it be higher of the ground then other cars I have had. Thanks all for the responses as you learn something new every day!

LOL Yeti fur! Makes sense but whatabout the rough finish below the plastic sills?

Washing the car the other week, I noticed that the rear wheel arches are not clad in plastic but some sort of rough material. Also why have Skoda left the sills uncovered below the plastic as when you look at the underside it looks rather crude. I have looked at other Yetis and all appear to be the same, any ideas?

I already have hands free bluetooth with Bolero so I assume I would have the same with the Columbus?

You have bought a new car so I would be expect it to be as new, thats why you bought a new car! Second hand then fair enough, so get he dealer to sort pronto, chop,chop!

I have picked up an in car black box style camera with gps unit from Maplins ( £50 squid reduced from £180) and want to mount it on the windscreen but wondered if I will have any issues either with fitting it and or gps with getting a signals?

I wondered if anyone has had experience of any of the Columbus sellers on Ebay?

Ok cough, cough .....ummm errr....yes I admit RTFM I found that I do have them, but it did'nt look like it honesr....hangs head in shame!

Removed all seats at the weekend as per manual, now have a rattle so guess I need to check something. Does anyone have any tips on removing and reolacing the seats.
