  1. Hi yes still for sale, we are away today but you could view tomorrow. PM'd contact number.
  2. Oops thought I had. Currently on 61777 to be exact and have purchased a replacement car so won't increase a lot, will run it every couple of days and will need to take it to get it valeted.
  3. I have decided to sell the Fabia, my mileage to work has halved and just bought a house so need to down-size. The car is factory standard including the stereo, still got the symphony in it. The turbo has been replaced along with some other bits. There are a couple of issues I have not had sorted yet, the front suspension arms are worn and require replacement and the passenger door won't unlock, but have seen posts saying its not a major fix. I can't seem to be able to add pics via my ipad, but if you pm me and I can send by email. The body work is good, no signs of any rust, there are a couple of scratches which were there when I bought it. The car is MOT'd till Feb 14 and I have just taxed it this month so good for 6mths. I am the 3rd owner, it has full service history, many receipts etc, both keys and original stereo key code fob. I am reluctant to let this go and was hoping for around £3000 but will consider reasonable offers. P.s forgot to mention it comes with bespoke VRS drivers seat cover, VRS fabric mats and rubberised mats for general use, near full tank of diesel and will be Valeted prior to sale.

  5. LOVE IT!!!!! Looks amazing, would love a similar outfit! Resistance is futile!!
  6. Unfortunately, or maybe not, I missed it as I was on holiday. The hype was high and I was disappointed at first but then I read online reviews etc and felt a bit better. I just wish that we had the US style conventions over here, they're awesome. Would love the opportunity to don the uniform and dust off the phaser rifle! Seriously lol!
  7. Haven't seen the new one yet but plan to shortly. As a massive fan since I first saw TNG as an early teen I was a bit unsure to begin with, yes there are a few issues but I thought it was really impressive film. Loved how it sucked you in from only a few seconds in and that the action kept going throughout. The way that they have effectively rewritten the history has opened it up to new stories, it is a good way to explore different versions of the following events. Abrams did a really good job with the film and I can't wait to see the new one. Love it or hate it, Star Trek is back! Hopefully we'll have another good convention in the UK soon. To partially quote the famous line........ To boldly go..... With EFx Tricorder in hand. Engage!
  8. I have a delonghi expresso/cappuccino machine that was a present. Grind beans and fill the little handle thingy, lock on and hit the button, also has a steam nozzle for the milk. Love it! Bit of a faff to clean but the coffee is awesome. Use it mostly on the weekend as it easier to clean.
  9. They've got to be joking! Looks like someone's thrown up on the pattern! Wouldn't be seen in that even if I was dead.
  10. Me too, can't really comment too much but these people do my head in! Am dieting and losing slowly, people are just to interested in blaming other things rather than dealing with the truth that they like food too much.
  11. To quote 'Family Guy' Meg, "Brian, how can I lose weight and look like you?" Brian, "Here's a tip. PUT DOWN THE FORK!!!!!"
  12. I made sure that I didn't. But they have still blown, going to put another in this weekend and hopefully will last.
  13. Hey peeps, hope you can shed some light, so to speak. I have an 05 fab VRs and my driver side headlight has blown twice in little over a month. Luckily days are getting longer so not having to use them often. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue, have checked all the wires, fuses and case etc but cannot see anything wrong. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance,

  15. Signed, didn't even watch the video as I cannot bear to see stuff like that. Thanks to Danny6189 for posting it.
  16. She should be named Mentel, not Mantel. Also, are we thinking we have a budding crypt-keeper in the making?
  17. Just had my Fab MOT'd and was given an advisory on the front suspension arms, they're worn. Was wondering if anyone can give me a recommendation on which are best to fit. Cheers for your help.
  18. I play, have just sent a friend request. I don't spend £ on donuts either, takes longer but I'm a patient guy.
  19. We have am 46" Samsung LED and it is great. Picture quality is top notch, don't notice any blurring with motion, use it with a freeview+ HD box, and a PS3 for blu-ray and gaming. BTW the blu-ray in the PS3 is as good as a dedicated player. The only niggle is the sound quality from the TV is not great, but on test in store seems to be a widespread issue. We bought a Yamaha sound bar which is Awseome! We considered a surround system, but the living room is a totally weird shape so not practical. Other than that it has done us proud. Would wholeheartedly recommend Samsung.
  20. Hi, Just a quick question, probably been asked before but searching turns up nothing. I have a VRs and wonder if there is a service interval? My last car was a Ford Fiesta and the dealer recommended two minor then a major service, repeating 2 minor, 1 major thereafter. Is this similar with the Fab or is it usually 1 minor and then major following? Just got back to work this month and hoping I can do a minor as I have other things to sort at the same time. Any help or advice greatly appreciated!
  21. Took me over an hour to get home tonight in Suffolk! Usually takes 30-35 mins! Even the main roads were covered in slush and the snow was absolutely pelting it down! Not looking forward to the drive to work tomorrow!
  22. Happy new year to all Briskodians. Stayed in last night and watched the fireworks. AWESOME!!!!! Everyone have a brilliant 2013!
