  1. Mines just coming up to 130,000. No major issues, I am ADI and 105 2006 1.9TDI Elegance is still suberb!
  2. I haven't had this issue, but topped up my air con a month ago, and works like a freezer now! total headchill! Apparently you loose 10% refridgerant a year! AC was good before, now awesome!
  3. Hi guys got a 1.9TDI Elegance '06 with 89,000miles. Strange situation today, I am a driving instructor, and after 1hr lesson with ac on, 25% by road talking, couple of stalls etc.... Cooling fan went nuts....started racing.....odd....suppose ac is on, and we are in sun, engine @ 90' - Fine! Getting student to reversing into space at home, cloud of grey/black smoke from under engine. got student to stop and turn off. Checked everything no issues!? Fan still going, waited for it to stop. Drove fine, turbo fine, power good, ac fine! ? Dunno whats' up?
  4. I have exactly the same issue with my 06 old shape 1.9 TDI Elegance. The coil light flashes, it happens particually when students stall in a crazy gear, 20mph in 5th, or going for 4th instead of 2nd at 5-10mph, especailly when it kangeroos! Never had a replacement speed sensor, seems completely unnecessary! Mine either goes after a while, but I notices it self checks itself, and if you start the engine then turn it off a NUMBER of times, it disappears! My dealer couldnt work out what it was!
