  1. Hi, thanks for your reply regarding my problem! I have no battery icon warning, the battery is working if the car don’t stand still for more than 3 days. After that I need to recharge it, I believe this is not the cause but a side effect of my problem? I can charge my battery full and still have the clicking problem. I thought the sound was coming from the fuse box under the steering wheel, but after listening more careful the “click” comes from the instrument panel or behind the steering wheel somewhere. It’s it not a problem related to acute heavy power draw. And thanks! ----- Update: I contacted a local Skoda dealer per telephone. They stated there should be a relay panel on the left hand side of the steering wheel tribe. Judging by the sound a faulty relay is possible I guess. ----- Update 2: I set fan speed on the digital climatronic to off today. The click problem disappeared! When I turn the fan on again the "clicking" starts!
  2. Hi! Last week a problem started appearing on my Roomster. There is a clicking sound (I think from the dash), when engine is running. When I here the clicking sound all of the electronics in the car fades as far as I can see. Dashboard illumination and headlights flickers off and on again for a short second. The sound takes about a 10 second break before it gives me a new "click" again. After driving my car for about 5 minutes the problem seems to stop. Suggestions are much appreciated?
  3. Hi! I saw the user 32KOFDATA fitted the new Skoda badge to his prefacelift Fabia. I recon it can be done to the Roomster aswel since is the same front. He stated it was part nr: 1ST 853 601A AUL Does anybody have a picture of the Roomster with the new badge? Know witch parts number fits the rear of the Roomster?

  6. Hi! My Roomster rattles and shakes when I hit the accelerator. I feel it especially in the floor and steering wheel. I have balanced the front wheels at a garage. Can it be the rear wheels who need balancing or can it be something in the front suspension?
  7. No, mermory of the HU works. I saw the post above, but i don't know excately what he means? 11. Prefacelift Roomsters does not have DRL. The OEM LED's from Milotec are quite exspensive, compared to buying foglights as a used part.
  12. Hi! Maybe installing foglights on my Roomster. Whitch ones looks best? Round ones or square?
  13. It is a bit stiff, but it answers with much better road grip and handling
  14. For me it bring little concerns, I like the more sporty handling I got changing the rims. I bought a cheap set from eBay, think it is 10 LED DRL.
  15. Hi! Hard to say. My Roomie came with 15s. There is a big difference between front suspension and rear, the rear is pretty hard. Think this is related to the Roomsters stiff axel at the rear, but I sit in the font so For me it bring little concerns, I like the more sporty handling I got changing the rims
  16. Posted a picture of the rims in my project thread. http://www.briskoda....egian-roomster/
  17. Installed a Pioneer HU in my 1. gen Roomster yesterday. The HU stays on when key is out, and I would like to change that. Does anyone have a connection diagram or pictures to get i right? I used ISO cables from ebay.

  20. Hi! I requested that CarDomain.com should add the Skoda Roomster, and now it is fulfilled So start sharing your car's here and on the "Roomster Project Journals" part of Brisskoda. I am longing for inspiration.
  21. This is the AMP: Cadence FXA-5100 http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/cadencefxa-5100.aspx So it it not possible to buy the adapter I'm referring to? Could you draw a picture of what you mean? I'm surprised it is so advanced, when Skoda say it it possible in the manual
  22. Thanks for replying! I'm sorry to say it was a bit technical about my knowledge. Picture was not working so I fixed it. Don't think it is a line in since it has 4 channels. I never heard the term MFD2 before. What does that mean? I don't plan on connecting speakers to this amp, only a sub-woofer. I rather like to buy a plug and play adapter if available. Has nobody done this before? Got a picture of the back of a DANCE HU? I found this in the manual for DANCE: So the possibility should be there right?
