  1. Decided on a front end respray and clear wrap. Like the car as it is. Cheers :-)
  2. Cheers for the concern. I ain't stupid and going to let any Tom play with my beloved fabia lol. I've seen their work and researched plasti dip take a gander on this site. The beetle on their is my wife's old car. Plasti dip is a apart that can be removed at any time. http://prodipyourcar.com/full-dip/
  3. It's the plasti wrap that I'm looking at vinyl wrap is about £1100
  4. Cheers for the opinions, the blue came from my love of the clio 197 f1 in that colour. I have had a price of £450 for the whole car wrapped and £300 for a front end respray. The only issue I have found with the front end resprays is that the paint is never as strong and chips easily so would have to get it clear wrapped putting me towards the £450 mark. I have also thought about Matt grey. When I got my fab approx 2 years ago there wasnt many around where I live. In the past 12 months they are now everywhere and all black.
  5. Hi all Now my fabia is getting 1 too many stone chips on the front end due to the millage I do (approx 30k a year) I'm considering getting her wrapped. I am thinking about matt baby blue with Matt black roof, wheels, mirrors, grill, number plate surround and spoiler, What's everyone's thoughts I've put a pic of the colour I fancy, currently she is black Cheers Dan
  6. Defo 225 mate When they mentioned I was slightly apprehensive that's why I came onto here and said I'd so back tomorrow. I don't want to get them to fit them if they may rub It's a waste of time, only £50 cheaper than the 205's that's what made me think I just wanted to sell them off
  7. Hi all. I have a fab vrs with standard wheels and lowered around 30mm will 225/45/16 fit on these and not rub? The garage says not but thought I'd best ask first as they might just want rid of them Cheers
  8. clips went straight in the bin for me.... had them in for 2 years no clips and they dont move
  9. M6 last night..... 3 lads in a mk5 red zetec fiesta thought they would have a play....... bad decision. th look on the drivers face as i touched my brakes and then shot off was quite amusing
  10. Figured it out i think using the powers of SEARCH and not being lazy like my first attempt........ Dash lights are on the same fuse as the boot lights and the insurance company when repairing the rear end must have blown this. on route to halfords to purchase a new fuse to test
  11. Hi all, I have had my fab vrs back from the insurance company after them having it for around 6 months (due to the person who crashed into me fleeing the country) and before it went away im sure my dash lit up when turning the lights on. Currently when i turn my lights on i only get the light symbol, when i put the hand brake on etc all those lights come on and when turning over all come on as normal. My issue/question is is the millage area/radio display and behind the speedo's supposed to light up?? as when driving at night i cant see what millage is on the car/time/mpg/radio channel as these displays are not back lit I know my description may be a bit waffled/confusing but if anyone can make sense of it that would be great . If these have stopped working im guessing its a fuse or something thanks Dan
  12. Hi All, Right i bumped my Fab VRS into a bollard i didnt like to look of and im in the need of a new bumper. Thanks in Advance Dan
