  1. Good point! ^^ Thanks for all the help, really appreciate it! Emil
  2. Lol! thanks for that tip, huge money saver! So that would be this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SKODA-OCTAVIA-UNIVERSAL-PERFORMANCE-AIR-FILTER-INDUCTION-KIT-PIPE-/180895670460?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a1e38e0bc#ht_3014wt_1397 and this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/K-N-Universal-Clamp-On-Air-Filter-3-I-D-76mm-/160322394211?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2553f59863#ht_500wt_1180 .. then I'm all set right And there's no performance difference in the above and a, for example, K&N typhoon kit?
  3. Ok, thanks I have already sent a line to DPM and W8.
  4. Thanks, Raf. This is my current selection of part I'm going to add: RARB - Whiteline 24mm DP - http://www.ebay.co.u...#ht_1069wt_1163 DV - http://www.ecstuning...alve/ES1832054/ Map - Shark STS. Though, what's the difference if I would have it remapped at the dealership or from Shark? Dogbone engine mounts - http://www.dpmperfor...197-p-8337.html Air intake - http://www.dpmperfor...996-p-4922.html All legit? :p If you were to guess, what numbers would I hit with this setup?
  5. Thanks for the link! Concerning dobbone, what's the difference for those two, and these are the ones I need, right? http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/powerflex-pff85420r-dog-bone-engine-mount-bushbr-octavia-1u-19sdi-19tdi-fwd-0197-p-8337.html http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/powerflex-pff85420-dog-bone-engine-mount-bushbr-octavia-1u-14-16-rs-18t-20-fwd-0197-p-1702.html Thanks for all the help so far guys, love this forum!
  6. Will definitely contact Shark! But will this DV fit(Available locally)? http://www.ecstuning.com/Volkswagen-Jetta_IV--1.8T/Engine/Intake/BOV/ES1832067/ This Intake seems to be more popular, better choice? http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.asp?inc=product&cat=260301&product=FMIND01 And also don't have a clue on what dogbone to get!
  7. Wouldn't I need to have all the upgrades listed above installed before I got the map? Or at least ordered? :p
  8. http://www.sharkperformance.co.uk/brands/Skoda/Octavia%20(1U)%201998-2009/Skoda%20Octavia%20(1U)%201998-2005%20vRS%201.8T%20180PS/ Would that then be 349+150?
  9. Hey thinking about throwing some cash at my vRS Here's what I had in mind installing to it, the only mod on it now is decat. Would like to hear ideas and suggestions! Whiteline RARB 24mm K&N Typoon filter 69-9501TP Forge 007p DiverterValve (Where can I get this?) Downpipe (Will this fit? http://store.42draft...ries_p_209.html ) DogBone (Which one should I get? http://www.thsperformance.co.uk/product/Gen_2_FR3_Gearbox_Steady_THSFR3-GEN2DBO ? ) Remap (Not sure where to do this because I live in Iceland, perhaps at the dealership?) Also was wondering wouldn't it be smart or safer to go over the engine and turbo to see if it can take the remap?
  10. I'm getting the KYB one's (http://www.ebay.co.u...#ht_1169wt_1398) because there is a shop here that sell's them for a decent price (50% cheaper then at the dealers!)
  11. http://www.ebay.co.u...#ht_1169wt_1398 These are the same as stock right?
  12. Can anyone show me a picture of their ride height from some lowering springs please?
  13. Yes, that seems to be a quite popular choice of springs..
