  1. Hello, After all problems with additional injector (few times he popped out which caused fuel leak on the exhaust manifold !!! , problems with EGT ) i decided to install bigger injectors (330 ccm) and remove the additional one. Boost is now controlled by N75 and the fuel maps are managed by the SMT6 unit from PerfectPower. Future plans are to swap this archaic cosntruction 1.4 engine into a 1.8T propably AGU. Time will tell Then I'll be able to "eat" some diesel ones -estimated HP over 300 !!! With forged pistons and rods from Pauter.
  2. It was a pretty much work on this project-for over 3 weeks we think how to fit this in ... :/ The K03 turbo fits only in one position, so we need to design and make custom exhaust manifold That was the main problem... The additional injector was an easy part of this project. When the pressure in the intake manifold will be "0" or higher the switch turns on an additional injector - it's really not big problem to do that, but this is only a temporary solution until we'll remap an ECU and change the fuel injectors to bigger ones
  3. I think the NOS dry system is not good for your engine- the AFR will be lean. Personally I got sometime ago in my Fabia 1.4 8v NX - Hitman System (Nitrous Express). It's a wet system - N2O is injected with additional fuel It's much safer for your engine. And you can get more HP Remember to not over use it Sorry for my English
  4. We blocked signal from the MAP sensor and if the pressure will be higher than "0" the ECU thinks there is "0" and the throttle is max. opened. On the VAG there is no errors yet...
  5. I'll remap a the TTC www.ttc.com.pl They remapped my friends car Seicento 1.2 turbo and it's working great 7.2 s. 0-60 MPH
  6. ... I completed this project. I dont have a new MAP Sensor yet, only an additional fuel injector (when the pressure is 0 or higher it turns on ) but the first results on the G-tech are: 9,5 s 0-60 MPH AFR is acceptable-too rich in the low rpm and at 0,4 bar boost is normal Turbo is KKK K03 from Golf IV Costs (without tune the electronics yet) about 4 . 000 PLN = 640 GBP
  7. Hello, I need to swap my little 1.4 8V engine into something bigger But i dont frankly know which engine to choose (from Volkswage Group-not diesel) ? Anyone swaped engines in Fabia ? Which one will be easiest to fit and preferably with Turbo ? Regards, Tom P.S.Sorry for my English
  8. Hello,-thx for your reply My engine is 1.4 8V AZE (in ETKA) - where I can find their webpage ? Thanks for your help Regards
  9. Hello, I'm Tom from Czestochowa in Poland. My car is Skoda Fabia 1.4 8V + NX Hitman EVO Pictures of my Fabia you can find at: http://streetracers.pl/foto.php?page=galerie&show=pod2&strona=1&nr=000007 Regards to all Skoda Fans and Owner's Tom
  10. Hello, I'm still looking for forged pistons for my Skoda at the reasonable price. I found one from the Arias at the "GreenSpeed" company in Belgium but they want over 1000 euros :thumbdwn: Maybe you'll know where to get them cheaper ? I've got nitrous express installed and I wish to blow +75 HP's and without forged pistons it's little scary on +50 HP's temperature of the oil is over 120 Celsius in 10 seconds. I'm also want to swap gearbox from 1.4 16V what you think about this ? Regards, Dudi www.streetracers.pl
  11. Hello, I need the specs. of Fabia's pistons and rings to order "customs" from the JePistons. Anyone knows where to get that data ? The link to order form with all data I need is at : http://www.jepistons.com/pdf/custompistons-orderform.pdf Regards, Dudi
