Hi Thanks for your reply, mine is a hatch. is this the hollow shaft that the Jet is attached to and is it easy to replace/clean? I understand this hollow pin can be removed by pulling from the top or must I remove the panelling from the hatch door and dismantle it? john W

After blowing my rear window jet it still won't wash, any ideas please?

sorry mike I misunderstood, no the tailgate does not open when I open the car with key or fob. JohnW

Hi Mike My Octavia hasn't have a key lock on the tailgate, only able to open with key fob, I am unable to open it any other way Thanks John W

My 58 Octavia tailgate can only be opened by using the ignition key, When the switch on the centre console is operated to unlock all doors the tailgate isn't one of them. as mentioned I have to use the key at all times to get into the boot. Any suggestions as to the fault? Many Thanks John W

My 58 plate Octavia's battery went almost flat a couple of times in the last few weeks and I became concerned that I don't have the code for the radio. How do I go about finding out what it should be in case I have to replace the Battery?

My 58 reg. Octavia's rear jets are constantly getting blocked, especially this time of year. Any suggestions how fix this problem?

Maybe I misunderstood him. Is there a knack in getting them out, I've prodded, squeezed, pulled and they just refused to budge. Ive checket the website, Thanks for that. now it's "Back to the drawing board". Thank again John W

I have a problem with my 2003 Superb's reversing sencors. After taking these to a Skoba specialist, he informed me that the two outer sensors and the two inner sensors are intentionally different and the one on the offside is not working. Any one had this problem, anyone know or have a spare offside sensor to resolve this problem? Thanks Tiffy
