I think you'll find that the ADEN 30mm cannon was fitted to the Harrier. It always had the capability to drop LGB's. I'm not sure where you're getting your facts from to be honest.....

We call the RLC the 'Rather Large Corps' or 'Regiments with Limited Capabilities' but then we call your lot the 'Amateur Air Corps'. The truth is it's changing massively regardless of what you select, unless you go for one of the pinch point trades where they're desperate to fill slots. It's true that Germany is going as it used to be one of the best postings you could get. As for El Centro - Come on Smithy, it's a toilet.....

Having seen the redundancies that have ravaged my area recently (HM Forces), being in the bracket but safe due to being away I have sympathy for your situation. In this current economic climate I think you have to put No1 above all else. If setting your own business means keeping a roof over your head and food on the table for the SDC (Supreme Domestic Commander) and your children then so be it. If poaching his clients enables you to do this then all power to you. He after all has decided to make you redundant - All is fair in love and war etc etc etc.....
