Hey guys just wondering if youre putting on bigger brakes at the rear do you need new callipers aswell or will the OEM ones be compatable with the bigger size ( i know you have to cut away the splash guard for it to fit). Cheers

Sorry to hijack the topic, just bought myself a set of octavia front and rear disks for my fabia vrs - but for the life of me cant find the calipers or carriers. could you pm me the link to that ebay shop mate?cheers ps. do you need octy calipers on the rear aswell if you are getting the octy rear discs?

Ive had my mufflerectomy done for about 15k miles an no problems with the turbo at all. Local garage cut off the muffler and fitted/welded new stainless pipe with a tail pipe on it andit sounds quality (no owl noise just a nice bassy roar. Need to get a decent video of it cause i heard the girlfriend roaring away with it the other day and i didnt realise just how mint it sounded. Really cheap option for a better sounding diesel i think and no drawbacks in my experience:) win - win.
