  1. I need seemingly to compromise the tweeter location. But first I'll use a blue sticker to clear how much room there is behind the cones. An angled tweeter surface mounting either in the same place as Pete-n or then at small door triangle (on the other side of the side mirror). My crossovers need to adjust to some extent, so the latter option would make it possible to adjust and drive without the door panels. Furthermore the triangle is black, while my door panel is light so the black speaker would appear more clearly. It is almost 20 years for the last time I competed carhifi building. Let's see what kind of resistance Yeti doors are in summer for me.
  2. I'm trying to find a 2-way component system (maybe from Focal, Rainbow, Ground Zero, Genesis...) to the Yeti's front doors. They need to fit to the original places, so any sign of retrofit is no option. What is the woofer's max installation depth? Or which woofer you have successfully fitted in? Where is the best place to mount the passive crossovers? What is the tweeter's max installation width? What kind of face does the tweeter need to have (e.g. does it need to have a collar as shown in this http://www.hifihit.c.../sax_265.20.jpg

Thanks, now it works! It's kind of funny when the standard FAT is a default format option.

    SD card

My Yeti Manual says the SDHC cards won't work, but I tried a 4GB SDHC and it worked OK. I also found there is some annoying limit when copying mp3s to FAT-formatted card. I got a no-more-files-message, even the card still had plenty of room for new songs. NTSF format doesn't have this limitation, but it won't work in a car stereos.
  6. I saw this earlier in this week in a finnish forum: My link It seems, that the owner isn't too happy with the color.
  7. If someone is interested in a one year old finnish high beam test (50 lights, no LEDs), you can download PDF from here: My link. Damn, now I'd really like to see Hella Comet 200 Xenons in my car. They have a really good light pattern in their own size group (and low weight).
  8. If I can motivate myself there are advanteges to use K&N, what is the benefit (except the price) to choose this (air filter only) instead of this (induction kit)?
  9. In Finland we've been enjoying with Terracotta "Orange" since the end of October: Vagarena.fi (not my car) - Sorry, already posted #5!
