  1. As said above I leave nothing on display in my car, if you do you are asking for trouble, what's an I-pod lol.
  2. Shane it comes as standard with the black pack , I think? Ron.
  3. Welcome to the forum Andy, I'm sure you'll enjoy your new VRS they are a cracking little car. Ron.
  4. I drove my Fabia like I stole it from day one and I have no problems with oil consumption, I don't do anything special in the way I drive it, if I need to put my foot down then so be it, I personally think treating the car with kid gloves does it no favours. Ron.
  5. Enjoy it mate, don't treat it gently, give it a good thrashing. Ron.
  6. Looks like someone has gone mad in Halfruads with the stickers LOL. ron.
  7. LOL I would love 50 MPG, I would love 46 MPG as the brochure stated when I bought my VRS? I only average 33-35 ! thats it I'm getting rid of my car......LOL NOT. Get real no one believes what the MPG figures stated by the dealers of manufactures..... do they?? Ron.
  8. Brasso works brilliantly and cost peanuts to buy, just apply it with a soft cloth in small circles and small scratches will polish out. When you have finished be sure to wax over where you have polished. The brasso isn't as abbrasive as T-cut so it hardly cuts your paint, it even works on plastic trim. I guy from Fords put me on to it and I have used it for years. Ron.
  9. No I don't, because if you do it quickly reminds you !! as it pulls away with it's wheels spinning. It needs to be driven so you stick back to the seat. Ron.
  10. I polish out minor scratches with Brasso, it works a treat. A guy from Fords put me on to it. Ron.
  11. I have a VRS with DSG and I love it, I don't have problems with it at all. It was a bit of a change coming from a manual stick change but I wouldn't go back, the DSG changes gears quicker and some what smoother than you can imagine. Ron.
  12. As James says, I have a year old Fabia VRS with the black pack lights, like Rachel's car my VRS has one H7 in each light and when you flick it to full beam you can hear the filter move to give you full beam. The lights in the other light fitting are dummy blue bulbs that do nothing? Ron.
