Is there anybody out there? I posted a vRS wheels wanted piece and got two replies. I replied to them giving contacts but nothing happened. Either I don't know how to go about these things or you lot are sad people who have nothing else to do but blabber on about your Skodas. Why reply to me and then do nothing. I still want a set of vRS wheels. It's nothing more devious than that.

Keltmoss: I'm a bit betwixt and between. As you've probably seen, Jedi has good condition vRS wheels with tyres, two hardly worn. Tyres would cost me quite a bit but they are quite a distance away. Jedi: Thanks. Your vRS wheels sound good, as do the tyres, but I have no idea of their value. Could you give me some clue as to what you would take for them, please. Also, how expensive is it to send from Rep of Ireland? Spent a week in Ring of Kerry a while back. Fabulous. David

I have a Fabia 1.9TDI Estate with engine upgrade. It's on 15inch wheels but I would like to fit vRS alloys. Have any of you guys who've fitted different alloys got a set of vRS wheels, in good nik, for sale. Also, I found the article on the Fabia really good but some of the tuning items mentioned on this site I find bewildering. 'Green filters', 'Seat 160 intakes' etc. Could anyone do an explanitory piece on Fabia tuning, including lowering the suspension. I want to lower mine but don't want to ruin the ride. David M Ross

Reference rear windscreen washer problems. Mine, on my Fabia 1.9TDI Estate, stopped working and hasa jsut done so again. The first time, it was the pipe leading from the waher bottle to the rear screen that had come adrift under the bonnet. A bit of a pig to get at. David M Ross

I have a Skoda Fabia 1.9TDi Estate complete with Superchip up-grade. The suspension is too high - can anyone advise on the best way to lower it - and it needs larger wheels. Has anyone who has changed their Fabia vRS wheels got originals they want to sell?
