    You're unlikely to find many reviews as they are a new tyre, but have a look at Nokian's Weatherproof all season tyre. I've looked at Oponeo and Pneus Online and they are similar in price (in the UK at least) to the Quadraxer & AS200 tyres (£46-£50 in 195/65/15 91H). They have a good tread for rough road grip but good wet grip ratings too. I've bought them to replace summer Dunlops & winter Nokians, and so far they are every bit as good as the Dunlops. Initially they were a little noisier, but that went after 150 miles or so. They have the M+S as well as the mountain/snowflake symbols.
