Bull bars...cherished plates... how pathetic can you get ?
-
Fingers crossed, ours have lasted ok - and are very well used !

Bought mine from UK Car Discount & saved loads. £500 deposit, delivered by appointment on trailer (5miles on clock), checked car thoroughly before paying (absolutely not rushed). Had a problem with electric seat later but no problem getting fixed. Later a problem with front badge & supplying garage sent me two in the post. So I am happy with the deal.

Troubleshooting - SkodaAuto Bolero - Help please!

Have you tried touching the "mute" on the actual screen........ -
Thanks, I'll do the same......

Thinking of getting a battery solar maintainer but I have spotted one reviewer (Halfords site - I think) who says fitting one disabled his remote central locking. Are these ok on a Yeti.

Our Yeti is 3 yrs old shortly & 10500 miles and so needs a MoT & full service. Its had one service 12 moths ago and its marked "Variable" in the book. Presumably its a major service due...any idea of the likely cost please......

Yes, my Yeti is 3 years old this October, and reading the faults, some very serious, that happen to others on this site I am now getting a bit "windy" about keeping it beyond the 3 years. But, on the other hand, it will have covered only 10k at the very most & save for a initial problem with electric seat, the Yeti has been absolutely great. What would others do ?? I am really undecided at the moment.

(Sorry - Daylight Running Lights)..........Many thanks - I will prog both keys.

I use the Driving Lights option, via the maxidot display, and check the appropriate box. Occasionally, the box seems to uncheck itself and the Driving Lights then fail to come on with the ignition. Am I doing something wrong ??

Any 6' 3" (190.5 cm) or taller Yeti Drivers out there
Mozza8 replied to ddyer79's topic in Skoda Yeti
I'm 6-2 and the 2nd driver is 5-0 . My leather electric memory drivers seat has turned out to be very useful as the seat is required to be in the absolute opposite positions for us....ie full back and low & high and forward with rake and lumbar support also different. Slight snag....due to the distance the seat has to travel, a bit of a wait is sometimes required. No issues at all with fatigue/comfort. -
That Axel beam thing...underneath the rear end, that has a Warning label stuck to it, is going well rusty on the top edge where the black factory underseal is peeleing off. Anybody else noticed this. Pending anything better, I've "painted" mine with a thick coat of grease.

Thanks everyone.....will get this done weekend

Is there some way I can make sure (before exiting warranty) that the front windscreen heater is actually working....without having to leave it out all night to await a frost......the indicator light works ok Thanks

You'll be old one day.....much, much sooner than you could possibly imagine.......
