  1. wow that car, just like i want mine - black with black pack
  2. im sure pitty stands for 'its a pitty you dont have one'
  3. lol ye my father had one it was the cheapest of them all. served him right for 20+ years with 10 being used for work. not to mention it barely got serviced at all since my father doesnt really care at all.
  4. i run a 2002 mk1 1.4 mpi which i had bought from my cousin fro 5k Euros (4,5k uk dollars?) i insure it fully comprehensive on my father for 350 euros at age 18. a friend of mine bought a 1996 civic for 6.3k euros 1.4l 90 bhp? which is about the same as mine since mine is chipped and have an exhaust. his insurance age 18 on his father is twice as mine and its third party and not fully comprehensive like mine. TBH i would never spend this much money on a 17 yr old car cause its a honda... and it doesnt even have a 1.6ltr vtec which still run less than 120 bhp (still cant figure our what all this hype is about) another friend of mine told me to get a better car, he has a 1.7 ltr turbo diesel izusu, we raced guess who won? the thing is his acceleration was not faster than mine even though its a diesel.. my point is that i dont see why skodas are mocked at... when ppl buy 15+ yr old hondas for a ridiculous amount of money while the skoda is a much better option (not to mentions those 1996 hondas are damn ugly). I have more stories if you'd like lol the thing is that I have never had any troubles with my skoda what so ever even though they are crap i have replaced the front grill with the oem one now though Im just waiting to finish my degree then i can hopefully buy my vrs

  8. ehh way off my budget:( what do you think about this? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201142423579286/sort/priceasc/usedcars/maximum-age/up_to_7_years_old/fuel-type/diesel/model/fabia/make/skoda/radius/1500/postcode/ec1a1aa/page/2/keywords/vrs?logcode=p
  9. i so want dude, cant wait to get mine
  10. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2003-53-SKODA-FABIA-VRS-RED-1-9-TDI-PD-130-PS-PX-OFFERS-HPI-CLEAR-NO-RESERVE-/130598690104?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item1e6849dd38 not really anthracite but you get the idea. its sick imo Edit: not the best editing but yeah...
  11. a friend of mine had the same problem on his 90bhp tdi golf but it was happening at about 80km/h for him. the problem was the turbo, it was too dirty. he then got it cleaned and was fine again. hope it helped
  12. Hi guys, my first post I am in a desperate state to upgrade my current 1.4 ~80bhp to the vRS thus I was searching some cars online and found this which i think is a bargain for its price and mileage. However I spotted something strange... the rear vRS badge was kind of funny (out of place). I compared it to other cars online and yes it was different, Im afraid its not a vrs but a normal tdi with a vrs badge :/ What is your opinion on this car? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201142423579286/sort/priceasc/usedcars/fuel-type/diesel/maximum-age/up_to_7_years_old/model/fabia/make/skoda/radius/1500/keywords/vrs/page/2/postcode/ec1a1aa?logcode=p Edit: Is it worth buying? or rip-off? any tips would be appreciated since I'm a 3hr flight away and cant take a look at it xD
