The B12 kit offers a better damper with a lowering spring. If you want to retain ride height, you will need OE springs, then buy the dampers separately either B4 OE or B6. Ant

Stock shocks will be fine on a small drop in height. Usually the shocks wear quicker/fail usually more than 30mm drop

They are black. We just fitted Paul's springs to his VRS diesel estate. They drop the front quite nicely

Yes Factory 19's

The Talladega's had to come off. To hard a ride and wheels constantly have crack issues. Its currently on 18's with a 25mm drop and a set of 4 pots sat behind the wheels. Running 330hp. To be honest it hardly gets used

My 1.6tdi caddy does 150 but only with dpf out.

Here is a recent Decoke on a 2.0TFSI Golf R. The TFSI is known to suffer from excessive carbon build up,and starving the engine of the require air volume.
