Sad to see you go, hope you have better luck with merc than me, terrible dealer rude never had a loan car in 3 years of ownership quite a lote of problems with electrics and central locking but was nearly 8 years ok, so they may have got better, although I did go to the dealer a while back and asked to see a clk convertable the salesman looked me up and down and pointed out of the window and said "there's one, but it's probally out of your price range" I was driving a 2 year old Audi S4 cabriolet at the time.

I swopped my yeti after just 18mths had 6k of equity, repayments stayed about the same plus got 3 years free servicing on the new L&K and a car to my exact spec (previous was a 6mth old demo)

it's the full blown L&k spec white stiching l&K logo 4 memory settings including mirrors and sets memory one with the key too! worth every penny.

I might order the l&k logos from the octavia nice junky ones or in fact leave it bare.

I always found the passenger seat felt like the edge was hard under my thigh. With the electric seat you can soften the angle of the front which stops this, must say I'm so glad I got the electric seat in the L&K after a bit of nagging.

Picked up my new L&K on Wednesday, just given it it's first wash and off came the L&K logo's! They must be stuck on with lick and something beginning with K? I have to say not that disappointed, if they had stayed they would just collect polish. The old L&K logo on the octavia was much better. Do the dealers put them on? I'll put them on ebay I see they want £25 each! you're having a laugh skoda!

both my roc R and current A5 have launch control but tried it in the yeti (I part ex'ed) and nothing like 9000 said it just switched off

I think the throttle is much better in Sport. 2.0tdi, so is take up shame it doesn't have launch control like my A5 3.0t di dsg.

I'm thinking about getting a silver wrap for my Muscovado that I pick up today but have ben quoted £459.00 seems alot to me? Would rather have a 170 re-map for 350, what does anyone think?

Just tried to insure my new L&K dsg with Skoda and they tell me it's only available with a 170 engine not a 140! just goes to show even Skoda have no idea what they sell

Was thinking about having my roof wrapped, but have just been quoted £350 because of the labour involved (has a sunroof) not sure for the amount of roof that is visable it's going to be worth it, when a remap from 140 to 175 is the same.

There was a post about "whistling wipers" which caused a few laughs, mine were silent until replaced with Bosch ones now they whistle like Roger Whittaker.

it's not just sat nav, it's an Ipod telephone radio and much more. and you don't get plagued with emails ever two mins from tom tom I have one in a drawer somewhere, I could use my columbus to direct me to it!
